Fabric Checking Machine & Godown

Lodha group has a state of art infrastructure, inclusive of both Mumbai and Jaipur unit for garments and home furnishing having modern and sophisticated machines to cater the need and requirements of the buyers. Our monthly production capacities is about 200,000 garments per month and have a printing capacity of about 500,000 mtrs p.m. The excellent growth rate over the years can be furthering accentuated by the sales of annual turnover to US$6.50 million.

• Italian vacuums steam presses - 80 and Juki button hole and stitching machines, thread-sucking machines, needle checking machines, fabric checking machines and stain removing machines with exclusive in-house ramsons laundry facilities.

We follow strict production and quality control measures while sampling and manufacturing. We mostly undertake in-house production. We employ specialized personnel for production managed by skilled technicians. We take special care to attain international quality standards, thereby guaranteeing Azo/amine Free products (Eco-Friendly).

We set highest standards for quality for ourselves. We ensure that AQL- Accepted quality levels, are met and maintained. Fabrics are checked before they leave the mills and they reach the warehouse. Quality controls are in place to ensure that the garment cannot move on to the next stage without passing the quality tests. Our quality control department does a 100% quality check at the time of production and of the finished garments. This commendable performance, the company owes to its most valuable asset, namely its employees who have diverse and vast experience in their respective fields.
